Rabbit Hole Apps
Creating simple solutions to everyday problems.
The apps
MatchReadyTX
Problem
Assigners still juggle spreadsheets, email, and texts. Confirming matches and spreading changes is messy, and crews get out of sync.
Solution
MatchReadyTX is a free, open-source scheduling app. It modernizes referee scheduling, match confirmation, and changes through a unified UI, while still using a traditional backend like Google Sheets.
TO3
Problem
Proprietary radio systems are expensive. Referees, tour guides, and coaches often have to buy dedicated hardware just to stay in sync.
Solution
TO3 is a live communications app on the phone you already have. Hosts open a room, share a code, and the crew talks full-duplex without buying a radio.
ReflectED
Problem
Teachers, coaches, and trainers rarely get frequent observation, objective data, or timely coaching. Most are observed only a few times a year, and evaluations are often subjective and delayed.
Solution
ReflectED is an AI reflection coach. You bring a plan and a transcript. It measures the session against a real framework (Danielson, Marzano, or sport coaching standards) and returns a supportive, evidence-based coaching report. Daily coaching at scale, without judgment or surveillance.
Sevens Manager
Problem
Rugby sevens moves too fast for a spreadsheet, and tournament video is not always there. Coaches still need honest numbers they can review after the whistle.
Solution
Sevens Manager was created to track stats live during the game. Log tries, tackles, passes, rucks, and zones from the sideline on your phone, then review after the match.
RefLog
Problem
Existing tools assume you will upload the full film and code it later at a desk. That takes hours, and it does not work when you need to log events now.
Solution
RefLog is a modern way to help referees code their games in a third of the time. Your phone becomes a companion to your viewing device. There is no need to upload film.
Referee IQ
Problem
Rugby referees carry hundreds of laws, frequent clarifications, and messy edge cases. Learning is scattered across PDFs, forums, and whoever you can text after a match. Judgment takes too long to build that way.
Solution
Referee IQ is a conversational coach. You ask Sofia about a call, a scenario, or a “what if.” She answers in the language of the law, with citations and official clarification links when they exist, and an honest “let me check” when they do not.
Match Calendar
Problem
Match assignments arrive through different platforms, spreadsheets, and email. Travel details, fees, and expenses end up scattered, leaving officials hunting for what they need before kickoff and chasing what they are owed afterward.
Solution
Match Calendar gives sports officials one place to keep each assignment, from kickoff and venue to flights, lodging, contacts, and pay. Add the basics quickly, fill in the details when you need them, and keep your schedule and records together.
